Arizona has an abundance of Active Adult Communities of all sizes and with a wide range of amenities. Generally these Communities are restricted to age 55+, however many allow 20% of the owners 45 to 55 years of age.
Most of these communities offer fitness centers, golf courses, craft shops, heated community pools and spas included in the monthly HOA fees. Some offer guarded or gated access. Please allow me to show you examples of these wonderful developments.
